They did an excellent job and were very efficient. I would hire them again and I would recommend them.

Arrived on time, completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Could not have been any better. I have used this company before and plan to use them in the future, as well as recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I've been using them for about 5 years. He's been here off and on for regular stuff like garbage disposal and clogged drains. He's a really good guy.

He's honest, reliable, prompt, clean, everything he's ever fixed is fine and he's never had to come back and he's reasonable with his prices. It was several hundred dollars because he had to cut into a wall to find the pipes. He was very neat and patched the wall up and you'd never know he was in there. He did a great job.

We noticed a water stain mark on the ceiling in the kitchen which is directly below one of our upstairs bathrooms, so that is why we called Hollin Hall plumbing. We had used them twice before and were thoroughly pleased and satisfied with their work. Bruce, the owner, was punctual. I was notified by phone 10 minutes before his arrival. He had to remove the toilet to determine the problem. He replaced some parts, reattached and tested the toilet to determine if there was any more leakage. Hollin Hall Plumbing is a small family owned company. I like using smaller companies, when possible. There are only two teams of plumbers: Geter and Ryan work together and Bruce works solo. I find them to be efficient problem solvers who are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

There wasn't a problem. They had to use a 45 foot snake to clean out the drain. That is bad. I think they charged $200. I don't know what the average price is, it's probably normal. It's probably what they all charge. They were here for about a half hour. We were very happy with them. Also, I referred them to a neighbor and they were very happy with what they did too.

I got their reference from Consumers report or Consumers Check Book. Excellent! We have been very happy with them. I have recommended them to several neighbors. You get good service! I have been using them for the last 4 or 5 years.

They are on time, professional, courteous, and very responsive. The work that they did was just fine.

They charge $200 for the first 45 minutes that's labor alone and then the part where they fixed the guts was $86. They are fast and the thing about them is that they fix things. They either have 2 guys or one guy. When 2 guys came in one time and they fixed something because they are always fast and they said, do you have anything else because it's a 45 minute minimum and I'm like I've got 3 more leaks to fix and they fixed them. And I just love them to death. Again I thought they were expensive. They told me what to do. They gave me all this preventative stuff. Kelly the one who takes the calls is super smart. One time I was explaining to her something that my husband had installed and didn't work quite right and had a leak and she said, send me pictures. I sent her the pictures and she gave them to Bruce and he came out and he was on it and fixed it in a snap. They are always the first people I call. Now and then hey are not available when it comes to an emergency so I'm forced to hire somebody else.

Geeter took off his shoes when he came in the house. He went right to work on the faucet and found the problem within minutes and went out to his truck and found the replacement part and fixed the faucet. He was efficient, courteous and also gave additional suggestions for keeping the faucet from freezing up. He did a great job and I would definitely use Hollin Hall Plumbing again when I need plumbing services. Geeter took off his shoes when he came in the house. Then he went right to work on the faucet and found the problem within a few minutes and had a replacement part in his truck. He was able to fix the faucet quickly. He was courteous, professional, and also gave us some suggestions on things that could be done so that the faucet does not freeze up. I would definitely use Hollin Hall Plumbing again when I needed plumbing services.

They are prompt, have high quality and stand behind their work. They are reasonably priced and are a good company.

Immediately responded to our call for help when we found a leak in our guest bedroom downstairs. Within a 1/2 hour they found the source of the leak repaired, and cleaned up the damaged ceiling and were gone! We've used this company several times in the past and will not use anyone else if given a choice.

We have used Hollin Hall in the past for minor plumbing problems and were very happy with the results. I called Hollin Hall first thing this morning when I realized that our basement was flooded. Bruce was here within an hour and was extremely helpful. After speaking with our home warranty company, we realized that we need to use a different plumber through the warranty company. We offered to compensate Bruce for his time, but he told us it was not necessary. I will absolutely use their services again and wish we could have used them for this service. They are prompt, trust-worthy, and affordable.

Keep looking if you live in a condo. Five minutes into the phone conversation they told me they stopped working in condos at the beginning of the year with no exceptions. Would have been nice if they asked that as their first question when answering the phone or had a functional webpage that stated that before wasting your time. Five stars does no good if they won't come to your home.

Bruce showed up on time as scheduled (the week prior to completing the work). He immediately informed us that he would need to return at a later date with an assistant in order to successfully perform the work we needed. We were contacted immediately to reschedule to a satisfactory date and time. When Bruce and his assistant plumber showed up at the rescheduled time, the work was completed neatly and quickly. We are very satisfied and would use Hollin Hall Plumbing again.

They did a great job. It was a great experience. They showed up when they said they would. They told us what was wrong and called us and told us how much it was going to cost to replace the sub-pumps. They scheduled it and were on time. I doubt that we could have found someone who would have done it for $800 a piece. We didn't quibble about it because, it had to be done. They were very prompt. They were here within 15 minutes after I called.

Called because of good reviews, but was informed they don't work in condo's. I could find no where on their listing stating this fact. So they told me they could come out to fix my kitchen sink today, so I was thrilled as I can't do dishes, and we have guests staying with us and all dishes are dirty, only to be told later in the conversation, oops sorry we don't do condo's.

One man arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He shut off water to the house, removed and replaced a broken cartridge, turned the water back on and tested it. The repair is working well.

We had water that seemed to be dripping from a pipe in the basement. However, Hollin Halls was able to quickly determine that the leak was coming from an upper floor. They quickly located the source of the leak, cut through the plaster and repaired the damage. We've used this company for various issues over the years (replacing toilets, installing external hose connection, and random plumbing problems that come with a 100 year old house) and they are always efficient (which is especially important when you're paying by the hour!) and get the job done right on the first try.

Hollin Hall Plumbing called me about noon to ask if the plumbers could arrive about an hour earlier than the scheduled window of 1-3pm as they were finishing a job down my street. I agreed. They arrived shortly after noon. I explained that the toilet was taking over 5 hours to refill and that I suspected a problem with the shut off valve. They very quickly troubleshooted and determined that the toilet fill valve needed to be replaced along with the shut off valve. The work took 30 minutes total. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up. Very reasonable price. I would definitely use Hollin Hall again.

It took about two minutes for them to fix what the problem was. We have not used them since because we have not had the need, but we certainly would. There is nothing we dislike about their service. They said they would come. They did come. They fixed the problem, and then, they left. That is what you want. They are prompt and when they left, I was satisfied with what they did. So, we are set. They did it at a reasonable price. They were excellent. I had no misgivings at all.

Bruce's work and attention to detail was outstanding. What we appreciated more than words can express was his taking the time and trouble to find identical replacement for our circa 1955 bathtub overflow plate, lever, rod and plunger. Upon finding the part, he replaced it perfectly. We will absolutely use Hollin Hall plumbing (and Bruce!) exclusively!

The two menworked very efficiently and were quite professional (almost invisible to us--no fuss or emergencies). We would like to nominate them for the Page of Happiness!

I called at 10 and he was here by 12:30. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it quickly at a fair price. Excellent service, particularly considering it is a holiday.

All work was performed on schedule and to our complete satisfaction.
