"I was preparing my house for sale. Bernie and his two workers fixed a variety of things with excellent results. He or they popped out a bedroom window to readjust sill, repaired window sills with wood rot, fixed a garage door that needed new springs, relocated an outlet, installed a fire door to garage from kitchen, attached window hardware, routed upstairs bath exhaust fans to outdoors, repaired water damaged panel in basement and sealed with waterproofing paint, installed several new locking door knobs,, installed a new access panel to main water shut-off valve, painted the outdoor stairwell and garage doors. I was extremely pleased with each completed project."
