"They replaced our front patio and walkway to the driveway. I prepaid in Sep, and they got to the work in Dec. I wasn't too upset at getting pushed back, as I told them I just wanted it done before the holidays, which they accomplished. At the price I paid, I understood that I was at the bottom of their list.
They did stand me up one weekday, I stayed home from work to meet them at 10am, and an hour after the meeting time (11am) got an email saying they weren't coming due to truck problems. I called and they were apologetic, but that is why they are getting the "C" in punctuality.
That being said, the service was great, work was professional, and the price was phenomenal. They cleaned up most of the work site (I had to pressure clean my driveway to remove dirt tracks from their truck), but other than that no complaints about the actual work.
