- All American PavingRudy had covered our drive-way with crush and run several years (approx. 5 or 6) ago and did a great job back then, so when we were ready to repave, we naturally gave him and All American Paving a call. He came out within a couple of days of my phone call and gave me an estimate. After discussing it with my husband, we felt it was a fair price and went with it. It took about two weeks from the time I called for the estimate to completion of the work. The work was done quickly and we are very happy with the experience and the results. When Rudy called to let us know when he was coming to do the work, we even asked him to do another small patch beside our parking pad (a place for our trashcan and recycle bin). This was in addition to what we had originally spoken about and he did so without hesitation. The only and quot;concernand quot; I have is that all of the dirt and sod that had to be removed to do the work was left in a large pile in our yard, next to the work area. We live on 3 acres so it's not that big a deal and honestly, I haven't even mentioned this to him (so he'll be hearing this for the first time when/if he reads this...sorry, Rudy!), because we didn't discuss removal of debris...didn't even think about it...so I figure that's on me, not him. I don't know if that's even an option with them, but it may be worth asking at the time you get an estimate. We'll figure something to do with the dirt...probably fill in some low-lying areas in the yard, so it all works out in the end. Overall, our experience with All American Paving was awesome, first-rate and we will not hesitate to call them again if we are ever in the market for other paving work and we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs paving work done

"Initially the project began fine. I was given an estimate with a detailed scope and a date for when work would begin. When it was close for the work to begin, I had to send an email confirming the scheduled date was still good. I did not get a response until that date had come and gone. I recieved a confirmation that the work would begin on the actual day work began which was a week later. As for the work itself, the driveway was sealed but the cracks were not patched. I actually had one crack that was sealed with what looks like powerwash sediment run off in it. I sent 2 separate emails and was asked to send in pictures of the cracks ( I had requested someone meet me on my property in person)as it is hard to take pictures of the cracks. There was also no communication given on how long to stay off of the driveway. They did come out and fix some of the cracks (I don't think that crack filled with sediment/runoff was patched). I feel as though I as a customer shouldn't have had to work as hard as I did to coordinate the work and what would have happened if I hadn't double checked that the cracks were indeed patched? I am not sure if I would hire them again. It all will come down to how the product holds up.
