"Avert Radon LLC , specifically Chance, recently completed radon mitigation work at my residence, installing two systems. I typically refrain from writing reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with Avert Radon LLC . I'm extremely satisfied with the results, as the radon levels are now virtually undetectable. Chance demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process. The communication was excellent, and their meticulous attention to detail was also outstanding. Furthermore, their post-installation follow-up has been consistently excellent. I highly recommend this company without reservation. They are among the best service providers I've encountered. if I could give it more than five stars, I certainly would!"

"I am in Kingsport where the radon levels are extremely high. I was recently made aware of this and began monitoring the radon in our home. After several months it became evident that it was a dangerous situation. Our radar level averaged around 6.2, well over safety limits. I contacted Top Shelf on the recommendation of a home inspector. Cole came out and inspected our crawlspace. After receiving his quote, it was a few weeks later he came out and installed the radon mitigation system. The day he installed it, my radon level was at 6.4.. not even 24 hours later it is down to 1.1.. I no longer have to worry about my family being exposed to something that could cause lung cancer. I don’t believe there’s enough awareness in our area over this issue. Especially if you look at a radon map of our area. I’m so grateful to call. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very communicative. I absolutely, without hesitation, recommend him to everyone."

"Ben was on-time, efficient, professional, courteous, and informative. I recommend that you specify him for your radon mitigation job."

"You certainly get what you pay for! While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached. Will certainly recommend to others, and will use them for any future home inspection needs we have!"

"It was expensive but worth it and I will recommend them to others."

"Very detailed and through inspection. Mark will take the extra time to explain all the details of the report to you. He is a full service inspector who also provides Radon testing and Septic Inspection. It is always a great pleasure to work with him."

"Hired vendor to perform the coupon deal.  Found mold in the unit; they tested and cleaned the unit, and duct work.  They were courteous, well informed.
