My name is Joseph Rogers, and I’m the Owner/Operator of Quest Floor Care, LLC. I founded this company to bring a higher level of service to the Carpet Cleaning industry in the New River Valley. I take pride in the finished product of a clean floor and enjoy seeing the transformation I’ve made in my customers’ homes and businesses. I inherited my strong work ethic from my father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who were all skilled woodworkers. Pieces of furniture they made generations ago have been passed down through my family and serve as examples of truly fine craftsmanship. A set of three beautiful corner curio cabinets comes to mind. My father has one, and his brother and one of his nieces have the other two. They’re almost 100 years old and they have maintained their condition remarkably. An appreciation for that kind of quality and a ‘measure twice, cut once’ mentality have been drilled into me since I was a little boy watching my father in his workshop. I don’t have a woodworking shop—yet—but it didn’t take me long to realize that I could apply that same level of skill, precision, and conscientiousness to floorcare.
