Eades Plumbing & Tile Services

It took about a week & half working partial days in order to allow cement, grout, etc to dry.properly. We now have a large tiled shower with seat and 3 grab bars for safety. Mr. Eads removed all plastic piping and replaced with copper. Roughed in the old shower area so I could have Closet Organizers put in shelves and upper and lower doors for a large closet. Was always neat and cleaned up after work. Very happy with work.

Top quality workmanship on the installation. Top quality water heater provided. Friendly, efficient, and very respectful of the household environment. I have absolute confidence in him. His response time was much quicker than I would have expected from someone so in demand.

Mr. Eades checked the water heater, found the problem, fixed it, called Water heater manufacturer to reset it and it has been working fine since them.

They did excellent work at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again!

They were there within 1.5 hours, which was great since I had two other companies put me off until the next day. They diagnosed the issue and got to work trying to clear the drain. Traced it to a blockage outside the building. Took awhile to break through, but got everything flowing. For the time and effort involved, very happy with the price. Will definitely call them again.

It went great. Jim Eades had been out 2 weeks prior for a free estimate and he and his employee arrived the morning, as planned . They worked efficiently and were both very polite. They did everything I had originally asked and I was very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

I was greatly pleased with the installation of my shower. The old material was disassembled, removed, and the new shower was installed quickly and effeciently. Mr. Eades arrived on time, kept me informed of what was happening and cleaned up the job site all for a reasonable price. I would highly recomend his company for your plumbing or tile needs. I will certainly call him in the future if I have a problem. 

I left a message with Eades Plumbing & Tile Services for an estimate to repair a leaky toilet.  Jim Eades promptly returned my call the evening of the same day.  As a result of our conversation, I hired him to come the following week to make repairs.  Jim and his assistant arrived exactly within the time frame they had given.  It was raining and they both came in with little footies on to protect my floors.  They were very polite, to the point, and knowledgeable.  Jim spent a few minutes checking a couple of things on the leaky toilet and then gave me his conclusion/advise.  Of course, I had a million questions and he patiently answered them all.  As a precaution against future issues, I asked him to replace the wax seal on a second toilet as well.  Repairs were made in a timely fashion.  He provided me with a detailed bill describing the issue and repairs made along with his business card.  He was very professional!  I'm glad I found Eades Plumbing & Tile Services on Angie's List.  I selected him in large part because of the excellent reviews...and I was not disappointed.  I heartily recommend this company!

Mr. Eades has done an excellent job both times he has worked in our house.  This time, we were having some previous work that was very poorly done, repaired.  He rebuilt our shower, retiled and plumbed. He made good suggestions on the best way to design the shower.  We could not have been more pleased.  He worked with the tile distributor and ordered the amounts for the tile we chose.  He must be awesome at math.  The job was finished with only a few tiles remaining.  We are looking forward to having him install a new heated tile floor in our sunroom in a few months.

My telephone call was returned within one hour. Mr. Jim Eades arrived within two hours and fixed the leak within three hours. It was an emergency call which was early on a Monday morning.
They were professional, efficient and explained all the work to be performed.
We are extremely pleased with their fast friendly service. We live over an hour away from their office so a lot of travel time was involved. My bathroom was left clean and leak free.

By far the best contractor experience we've ever had! Jim and his nephew were everything that a homeowner could ask for - professional, honest, hard-working, and extremely skilled.
The project was a full bathroom remodel that included demo of the initial half bath and hallway closet, removing existing floor carpet/linoleum, jackhammering concrete floor to lay pipes for new shower, framing of extended bathroom, new floor tile including sidesplash (which was an awesome surprise vs wood), new vanity/mirror/lights, new toilet, etc.
During the "design" phase, Jim was very open to our questions and ideas. He basically provided expert guidance, but allowed us to be part of the process including choosing all of the new bathroom components. The guys are extremely low maintenance - they show up, start working, are very productive with no theatrics like we've experienced with other contractors, and clean up every day!
During the project, we even asked them about an outdoor faucet which the previous shady management company had "replaced" and he fixed it for no additional charge. We tried to give him more since it was a legitimate add-on, but he refused, saying it wasn't a big deal. We were so impressed by both their work and professionalism that we have already asked him for a quote for some kitchen work next month.
Needless to say, we can't recommend Eades Plumbling & Tile any higher! Thank you for the incredible new bathroom.
