"Alex the technician arrived promptly with all of the tools that he required to service my unit. He then found a problem with my outdoor unit and showed me the damaged part, a capacitor, offered me different options and was able to install the part right there on the spot and have my AC up and running. Within a matter of an hour of him being there my AC was running wonderfully. He was very respectful and presented himself professionally and had excellent manners. He also cleaned up his tools and area and left no trash or any mess behind I would highly of command Alex in the future for a technician."
