I got him through word of mouth. I have dual central air conditioning unit. The unit that services the 2nd floor is located in the attic and I had a problem with it. When he came out, he was able to fix the problemquickly and efficiently. He charged me a ridiculously low amount because he said that it was so easy to fix , because I was such a nice lady and because I am friends with his friends. He came out the very day I called him, he came out within an hour. He had finished his work day and he said that he will stop by on his way home. He had with him what he needed to correct the problem. He had the problem corrected in 5 minutes. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable.
