Their work is guaranteed for thirty days, they sent me support links to review in case the "sleep" issue ever happens again, so I can attempt to resolve myself. I have been looking for a highly skilled and a reasonable priced computer repair shop and I found one!
Rob even went as far to offer picking up my pc (we both live in Clifton Park), and taking it to the shop personally should I ever have an issue and need their services again.

"I was a bit surprised to now see this review. The computer left my shop nearly 2 years ago (July 3, 2012, not Oct 10, 2012), so a lot of time has elapsed since the work was done. Fortunately, I was able to review the invoice provided to the client, as well as notes made to the ticket assigned to his computer during the repair process. According to both of those sources, I disagree with several statements in the review - the date the repair was completed, the amount billed for the repair, and finally, the statement we didn't clearly identify the cause of the issue. The invoice (#4450) states the cost of the repair to be $50, not $300, as is listed in the review. I have the client's canceled $50 check (# 131) used to pay this invoice in my records. According to the invoice, which again, was provided to the client, the issue is clearly identified as a bad port on the motherboard. There were 2 video cards in the computer, and the port one of them plugged into on the motherboard was defective. Once the issue was tracked down, due to spatial limitations within the computer, both cards couldn't be plugged in. We presented the option of getting a new motherboard, which would allow him to utilize both cards, but the client said he would try it with a single card, and contact us if he wanted to get a new motherboard. We did a follow up with the client, and never was it mentioned directly to me, nor any member of my staff, that the problem wasn't solved to his satisfaction. I don't feel it's fair to write a negative review 2 years after the fact without first giving me (at least) the courtesy of knowing he had a negative opinion of the repair, and a chance to work with him to make it right. Maybe it's possible he brought it to another shop after I looked at it, and has me confused with them?"
Like many people who depend on computers, I know very little about their operation. Robert and Jason could have told me the video card was bad and charged me a lot more and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead they did an honest appraisal of the situation and did only what was necessary to get me back in business.
I am very happy with the service at White Wolf Computers and recommend them highly.
I would absolutely use this company again. I am definitely NOT tech savvy and they made it so easy for me! They were extremely professional, courteous and helpful!
