Jared came and was very pleasant to talk to and went well beyond the call of duty helping me complete an application for whole house duct cleaning that I wanted to have done. Jared was very knowledgeable about the company and answered my questions before I even knew I wanted to ask them. He seemed to know exactly what I would want to know. I would particularly like to praise the young man that came with Jared. He was 20 year old Steven. This young man was very personable, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of this company as well. It was a absolute pleasure to talk Steven. His outlook on life is so refreshing and positive. Did I mention he was only 20, soon to be 21. If more young people had just 1/4 of his positive outlook, then this world would be headed in a much better direction. By October of 2020, he was $100000 over budget and the outside wasn't even completed, additionally, the basement walls were leaking. He spent a year saying he would fix the leaks, then ghosted us. We had to hire a lawyer to get his attention. Now almost 4 years later, the wall is failing and he still refuses to accept responsibility. He gives references who are friends or family. BEWARE."
