He seemed very professional and was very informative in telling me what I should do and look for in the future if I ever had any concerns. It was safe to stay at home when he did it; he was looking in a socket kind of thing where the air conditioning duct goes through. He did that and also tested the air. It was fine; it was not invasive at all. I thought he did a thorough check and I also thought the price was very reasonable.
