"Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.

"Plumer was profession, friendly, on time, and did a great job. We have an unusual sink that was incorrectly installed years before we purchased the house, and he modified the new faucet so that it would work with the incorrectly cut granite countertop. A true professional"

"Jake and crew came out (over an hour drive one way) to correctly install a couple of out door outlets. Prompt and friendly. We will be using them again on a few other upcoming projects in the future. Thanks again for your expertise."

"Went great. I was able to remove my old wood stove and window unit A.C. out of my shop after they installed my Mini split unit. They communicated very well with a detailed estimate, so there was no confusion. They were also able to put the unit exactly where I wanted it with no complications. Quick and effective. I wish I would have done it sooner. I'm a "repeat customer.""

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Richard was excellent to work with from start to finish! He returned my initial call quickly, provided a reasonable and competitive quote soon after, quickly got me on his schedule, communicated effectively, worked with me on talking with the permitting office, and executed the work professionally. He is polite, prompt, follows through, cleans up thoroughly after the work is completed, and successfully completed the task he was hired to do! I have requested to join a service contract with RJs Home Services to service the installed HVAC bi-annually and highly recommend RJs Home Services to everyone else!"
