I was already impressed that they were willing to come to my house around the corner from their last job at 4:45pm!! The customer service was AMAZING! My bird nest was out immediately (no birds present when he came, they were building their nest in my dryer vent in the early morning) and cages were installed to prevent reoccurrence.
