"Well made shed. Communication was a little awkward but once all the agreements were made, the structure went up very quickly and is of very good quality. Options/selections were very good, although almost exactly the same as competitors (same supplier?). Footing is very sturdy - not like reports we've heard of other less expensive sheds neighbors have had built. Get what you pay for and these folks seem to be pros with good materials and workmanship."

"I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting for the quality of their work, the high level of workmanship, and the skill and experience of their crew. My house is a 45-year-old 2-story colonial with a single car garage. The existing soffits, facia, and frieze were made of wood, and I contracted Sunshine to install over 100 feet of ventilated or solid vinyl soffit material and cap all fascia boards and frieze boards with aluminum. The required work also included the replacement of brick molding and jambs around the garage bay door with new boards and moldings made of cellular PVC, and paint to match the soffits and fascia. The cost was extremely reasonable and very competitive with cost estimates from other contractors. The crew worked to complete the job in one day. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They did a great job and left everything clean and put back in order. The outside of our house is now essentially maintenance free. "My husband contacted the insurance company for the claim and inspection. My husbands co-worker recommended EA Roofing and Siding. They had nothing but praise for EA Roofing and Siding.
 We called and spoke with TJ with EA Roofing and Siding  and gave him the inspectors name and number. He coordinated with  inspector. The insurance claim was approved.  The work required three separate teams of expertise which was efficiently coordinated by TJ.  
 
The roofing materials were ordered and delivered within the week of the insurance companies approval. TJ was experienced working with the insurance companies process and payment policy. The roofing workers were scheduled the next week. They showed up at 9 AM as scheduled and worked thru the day until almost 9 PM and the roof was completed. The removal of the old roof is very messy but the property was spotless when the crew left.
 The next order was for the shutter replacement and siding repair. The workers showed up on time and work was completed and again property left neat.
The next order was for interior painting and again the crew showed up at time we were told and completed the work within the day and departed with the property clean.
 We had never had to have this size of a project done before, so you are little apprehensive but working with TJ's professionalism, organizational and communication skills effected a professional, efficient and quality of workmanship. A job well done and to be proud of.
