Seddik and his crew did great work on my house addition. The constant communication and attention to detail made the evolution stress-free. We were able to move back in a week earlier than initially quoted and the final cost was within a few percent of the estimate, mostly due to additional touches we added on during the build. He was also extremely responsive to any issues that popped up after the job was finished to make sure everything turned out exactly like our family wanted. Can't recommend them enough to friends and anybody else who will listen.

Our house remodeling project has just begun, and so I cannot say about the quality of the entire scope of the work yet. However, we have great confidence and faith in their competence and craftsmanship. It's obvious that Seddik delights in his profession.Nothing escapes his attention. He has to get it right. It's a great comfort to have such a builder. Its designer, engineer, and builder seem to work together seamlessly. What a team! What gives us the greatest assurance is that Seddik is a consummate communicator. That is very important to us. In fact, the whole SA Homes team has great sense of humor. We feel very lucky to find them through Angie.

The project consisted of replacing 2 garage doors with 2 new openers as well as some drywall on the inside as well as all exterior trim and James Hardie siding. The project was completed in a very timely manner and the quality of all the work was truly first rate. Seddik and everyone involved was professional, timely and efficient. Could not have been more pleased with the results.

We are thrilled with the job Seddik and his crew did in our basement. He is very easy to work with, offers great design suggestions, has impeccable attention to detail, and communicates daily with his clients. SA Home Improvement met and exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, all components of our project were to code and under permit. To get us started our original architectural plans were revamped by SAs Architect to meet the Virginia building codes. Once we received our permits and got on the schedule the projects start date was set. SA completed major renovations that included removing walls, both load and non-load bearing, removing an old and installing a new inside staircase, railings, and posts, and installing a new 10-foot-wide picture window. We rewired our basement and ran wiring for our new kitchen renovation. All this was in preparation for a kitchen renovation that my wife and I were doing on our own. SAs contribution was to get the bones of the house ready for that kitchen renovation. Throughout the renovation process, SA managed the various trades as they came in and performed their respective tasks. At no point did SA let us down. From starting and finishing on time to keeping the construction debris and clutter to a minimum, SA followed through and took ownership of the project. All employees and contractors were respectful, courteous and pleasant to work with. As with any large project, there were hic-ups along the way, issues that had to be resolved to continue progress. These minor hic-ups in no way diminished the job SA performed for us. They were able to successfully complete the assigned tasks. We are very happy to say that SA Home Improvement met and exceeded our expectations. We do not often hire contractors to work on our house and when we do it can be nerve-racking. Nerve-racking from the thought are you receiving the expected value for the investment. I can say we did receive the expected value from our investment. It was a great experience working with SA Home Improvement and Mr. Seddik Anibar.

The project was replacing the roofing on my barn. The work was done in essentially one day with a little touch up the next day. They cleaned up the entire area and left it looking better than when they started. I can highly recommend them.

I hired SA Home Improvements to paint an entire condo, complete crown moulding into the bedrooms, install chair rail, and install all new doors and hardware throughout the condo. Seddik was unfailingly courteous, prompt and always willing to help and advise with the "add-ons." What really sold me on this company was when I told Seddik how much I dreaded packing up hundreds of books and with that wonderful smile, he said, "no problem, we can do that for you." I came to treasure the "can-do" attitude of Seddik and his crew throughout the one-month renovation and my only regret is that I did not hire them (went with another company) to install flooring. Seddik and his crew were so clean and so neat and I would not hesitate to use them again for any project large or small. Very enthusiastic recommendation - I would rate them a perfect "10" if that was an option.

Seddik was always available when I had a question or the workmen needed guidance. He was easy to communicate with and always helpful. The workmen did their jobs very well and left the house in good shape each day when they were done. They created a laundry room out of closet, installed a sturdy ramp to the back porch, fixed a light fixture that hadn't been working in years, and painted and cleaned my back porch. I'm very happy with the result.

The team did a FANTASTIC job on our master bathroom. It came out gorgeous, workmanship is fantastic. Seddik and his team were great, would highly recommend.

Seddik and his crew did an amazing job! I had new tile installed in my kitchen,bathroom, and laundry room and the end result is fantastic! The job was estimated to take 5-7 days and only took 3. They answered all of my questions, and were always available for any concerns. The only issue I had was I asked for wooden thresholds and was given something else. They offered to put int he wooden thresholds, but in the end I decided I liked what they did (which was a much more expensive threshold). I would recommend SA Home Improvement to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a professional company!!

They were very professional. Their work was excellent. They cleaned up everything after themselves - there was nothing left for me to have to clean up. My Father was a General Contractor and I have very particular taste. I recognize quality workmanship when I see it and SA Home Improvement left me with a beautiful floor!

It was a pleasure to work with Seddik and his crew. They did such an incredible and meticulous job on my bathroom remodel. I liked the job they did so much on the bathroom remodel I will be having them back to do tile work in my kitchen and foyer.

The quote was on target with what I expected. We unfortunately could not add a design because my wife and I were trying to stay in budget with another project so no design in the shower was done. The Travatine looks great and the crew was very professional to include laying mats all along the carpet to keep things clean as they came in and out of the house. I'm a huge fan of reviews so I thought it would be just as important to leave a review for S&A. Great work gentlemen! Thank you!

SA did a great job. My cabinets came in early, and they were able to shift schedules around to come out and install the day i received them. They did a great job, worked fast, and left things clean. Good price, great service, nice guys.

Both Seddik and Ana were great to work with; they followed up in a timely manner, the job site was kept clean and organized, and the project was completed early! It was a great experience and I will use SA Home Improvement for my next project.

Seddik and crew were very professional and conscientious throughout the project. They kept any disruptions to a minimum. The quality of the work was excellent, and there was constant communication with Ana and Seddik from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. We would consider using them again not just for tile installation, but any homeimprovement work.

S A Home Improvement completed the work on time according to the plan and in a professional manner. They actually did two seperate projects for us; The kitchen tile floor and painted my kitchen and family room. We are planning some additional work and want S A Home Improvement to plan it and perform the work for us.
