repair person came same day to fix a dishwasher, took about maybe an hour and paid $250. Now 3 months later the same thing has happened. contacted the original repair man and requested that he needed to come and repair what he repaired back in August, he never called back. Will not use this outfit again.

I felt cheated, the guy came in spent half an hour in my house, cleaned out something that was stuck in in the dishwasher filter and it worked, He charged $384 for a dishwasher that costs $400 and half an hour of work. The way he explained how he will charge wasn't clear and deceptive. Basically this would be the charge if he had to order a motor and come back to the repair. No motor was needed

They need to honor their warranty I think should honor their word and full fill their promises.

The technician went far and beyond to show up at 19:00 CT to complete the job. Please keep up the good work.

Dispatch was prompt and got a technician out quickly. Technician was friendly and finished the job on the same day. Left the workspace clean and tested to make sure the dryer worked. 3 days later, the dryer stopped heating. The technician was able to come back, diagnose the problem, and fix it promptly.

APL's dispatcher was very helpful in getting a repairman to my house on the same day that I contacted the company. The repairman phoned to let me know when he would arrive and showed up on time. He exhibited technical skill in diagnosing and in fixing the problem with my clothes dryer. The job was made more difficult because the dryer is located in a very tight closet space, so the door had to come off to get the dryer out of the closet. I was most impressed with the efficiency, speed, and skill of the repairman. I would definitely contact APL for appliance repairs in the future.
