"Ruben and the team did such a great job on the first project (2-3yrs ago) that I asked them to come back and finish my condo's water heater closet, which showed wear and tear from past water damage. They did a fantastic job in repairing the closet and adjacent living room's dry walls that it looked seamless to the rest of the unit. The team was always conscious of keeping the work area clean as they closed the area off with tarp and placed drop cloths down. I greatly appreciate the amount of high-quality work done in a short time span, especially when asked within two weeks of the project starting. "He will tell you that he is running a promotion of $250,00/hour to help homeowners. He tells you he will bring about 3-4 men and they will get a lot done in 1 hour. I trusted him and signed the contract because I had lots of things to be done. He came with 2 guys. Two guys worked on a 3x3 wall, in my closet, to fix the plaster that was peeling just on one corner. To fix the wall only, took these 2 guys 6 hours. Solomon took 4 hours to change a bathroom sink faucet, 2 more hours to replace 4 smoke detectors, and to try to fix a fireplace that did not work at the end. He was chatting on the phone all the time when fixing those things. To resume, they worked 6 hours and I paid $1660,00 to fix a small wall in my closet, change a sink faucet, and replace 4 smoke detectors. What a rip off! They come completely unprepared. They keep sending you to Home Depot or whatever store to buy things they need. They did not even have a roller and a brush to paint the wall. You will also pay"
