I went out to meet with her and she did not show up. She would not answer the phone or return text messages. Totally disappointed in this person. Left me waiting. Did not even have courtesy to call or say something. If you could not or did not want to do the job, why have someone come out to meet with you and you are so rude not to even communicate. Hope you don't have customers when you need them. Karla, you are a horrible person."

Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion.
