"Shortly after the initial contact, Mr. Will Williamson was performing an estimate and we discussed how to best accomplish the job - which was a to paint the whole exterior of my 2-story colonial and do some minor wood siding and window repair. After approval, the Top Gun team was on site within a day, doing preparation for the next day when painting began. The Top Gun Team was staffed by seasoned professionals and the results show it. They were responsive to our needs and committed to doing a great job. We are very pleased with quality of the job and the quality of the people working for Top Gun. "During the installation of a COMPLETE new roof late last year, the team severely damaged the recently installed gutter helmet (uninstalled, bent, unscrewed then nailed original gutters and helmet), thus voiding the lifetime warranty. The Roof is fine, but now we have 5 waterfalls around the house that are quickly damaging the perimeter. We are currently waiting for Mike's Home Improvement to correct the unfortunate situation. It is only fair to, at a minimum, repair the damaged gutters or replace with a comparable product, in a way that it can handle the high volumes of rain we are getting in the area. I will UPDATE this review as soon as the situation is resolved."

"Initially the project began fine. I was given an estimate with a detailed scope and a date for when work would begin. When it was close for the work to begin, I had to send an email confirming the scheduled date was still good. I did not get a response until that date had come and gone. I recieved a confirmation that the work would begin on the actual day work began which was a week later. As for the work itself, the driveway was sealed but the cracks were not patched. I actually had one crack that was sealed with what looks like powerwash sediment run off in it. I sent 2 separate emails and was asked to send in pictures of the cracks ( I had requested someone meet me on my property in person)as it is hard to take pictures of the cracks. There was also no communication given on how long to stay off of the driveway. They did come out and fix some of the cracks (I don't think that crack filled with sediment/runoff was patched). I feel as though I as a customer shouldn't have had to work as hard as I did to coordinate the work and what would have happened if I hadn't double checked that the cracks were indeed patched? I am not sure if I would hire them again. It all will come down to how the product holds up."
