Decorative Concrete of Virginia did a fantastic job. They started with a dirty, stained 26 year old basement floor and turned it into a beautiful place for a workshop. They guys were extremely professional and friendly. I really cannot say enough what a great job they did. It brightened the basement and made the floor very comfortable to walk on, even barefoot. These guys definitely get a 5 star rating all the way around.

I had the privilege of having Decorative Concrete of VA work on my basement in Lynchburg. They turned my dark basement into a living space and for a reasonable price! They're professional, responsive, and very patient when working with your schedule. I am super pleased with the job they did. I will definitely use their services again! Highly recommend!

Our pool deck resurfacing was completed June 2017. When we went to close the pool in October 2017, it was noted that many of the pool cover holes were covered by the resurfacing. Multiple phone calls/texts/emails to the owner were not successful and they had to be drilled out. See picture on the left. This spring, notice additional issues with the resurfacing (picture on the right) and stains that will not come out with scrubbing. Afraid to pressure wash or additional material will probably come off. Tried to contact the owner via email and his website but no response. Very disappointed with this job that cost over $9,000. Poor workmanship and customer service.

"We didn't do this project...but they did hire someone that we referred, so I will go ahead and respond to the complaints. Concrete overlays are meant to be installed directly on concrete. This was installed on an epoxy stone overlay that could not be removed. The customer was warned of this, and they chose to move forward. Concrete overlays will crack if they are installed on concrete that has cracks in it. The photo of a crack showing in the overlay is exactly what will happen if we go over cracks. We disclaim this on all of our projects."
