They did a fine job for us.

Very well. This is the second time we have used them. First time just seal. It lasted much longer than the company we used prior years. This time we needed a couple cracks filled. They were prompt, very professional, and quick. We won't use anyone else as long as they continue to service us.

So far everything looks great! Driveway is still drying They were fast and clean. Did a nice edge on driveway w weed eater and blew off all debris before beginning the job!

Two young men showed up a half hour early which was great, they started immediately by cleaning and edging the driveway. The two men were very professional, when I commented on how hard they were working, one responded they were just happy to be working. I found this to being a refreshing response. No short cuts just a very good job at an fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Called on a Monday morning and left message. Dave Miller returned my call in 2 hours. I described repairs and asked for an estimate. He took my info and said he would come by that day or the next. When he had not come by or called by noon of the following day I called him again. He did not seem to recollect our prior conversation at all. He took my info (again) and said he would have his estimator contact me. "Katie" called shortly thereafter and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Huh?? I thought I already had one. With that poor first impression I decided to seek another provider.

Great. Wonderful. Perfect resealing. Did not get any sealant where it was not supposed to be. Only problem was scheduling the work because of periodic rain. They came without telling me they were coming on a Sunday morning early. Did not contact us when they got there. Our cars were trapped for the day.

Communications were excellent and the technician showed up on time. The price was more than fair and the work was superb.

The work was competed as promised. The crew that showed up were professional, respectful, and explained in detail the work that would be done.

Excellent work, quick, efficient, and very nice folks. They were actually recommended by Seal Man, who does work on the south side of town. I live in Mechanicsville, VA. They came two days after I called, and while they wanted to schedule in the AM, because of my schedule, they quickly rescheduled for PM, and was the last stop of the day. A very professional job done by professionals. Locally owned and operated. Would call them again anytime!!!

Brendan was a joy to work with! A very professional operation. He completely explained the process and completed the work efficiently and in a timely manner. He kept us updated concerning rain delays and completed our circular driveway and large parking area back to "like new" condition. We appreciate their work and highly recommend them! Their hand applied sealing is so much better than the light "misting" of sealant that other companies offer.

I found Advantage Pavement an absolutely delightful company with which to work. They resealed my 6800 sf driveway at a competitive price and performed outstandingly. Equally noteworthy was their response to a minor issue that arose after the initial project was completed. I noticed, several days after the job was completed, one area was noticeably dull and lacking the dark, black shine prevalent on the rest of the drive. A shower before the sealant dried had resulted in one area in need of a reapplication. One telephone call to the company resulted in corrective action taken the very next morning. An immediate recoating of this area corrected the problem and now the entire driveway looks fantastic Less

We have a spring that goes under our drive way so we have to wait until it was extremely dry to have it done. We had to change the date but it wasn't because they didn't try to come. It was because of unforeseen circumstances This is the first time we've had an asphalt driveway and this is the first time we're getting it sealed. The people before that lived here never took care of that. the company was very good they made sure everything was aligned they did a good job they are going to come back Thursday because once it was dry there was a couple of spots that need some additional work done. They did give us a discount for using them from Angie's list. We had those couple of spots that need to be touched up but they are more than happy to come out and make us happy. They were very accommodating. Since we had that problem, they are trying to make sure that everything is dry so that they can do a good job. They came out a couple of time but weren't able to do the job.They are in Richmond and we are north of Richmond by about 20 miles It wasn't easy for them to always come out here but they did they were very responsible. If we had questions they always got back to us. If they weather changed they would call and let us know that they weren't going to come out. I think they are a good company.

I am very pleased with the service provided. They did an excellent job and they were very professional, mannerable , and neat with their work. I highly recommend this company and will do business with them again if needed.

I have had my rather large and long driveway sealed several times in the past; however, never has anyone made my driveway look this good! Very professional! Katie, in the office, is a dream to work with.
