"I had a new shower, vanity, and sink installed on Friday, 11Sep26. Followed the guidance and left everything alone (door closed) for 24 hrs to let it all set. On Sat, I found the shower grab bar didn't have the wall covers attached (eventually figured out I could fix that myself but shouldn't have had to), the sink is chipped, and they partially finished the floor with silicone where it was actually finished at all. For the floor, during install when I saw the giant gap between the new tub and the floor, I asked the installers their plan and they said they "think they have something in the truck." Big confidence there. Luckily, I had floor tile left and asked if they could fill it with the existing tile. They said yes. It's a semi-decent job, but they finished most of the tile with silicone not grout, left a bunch of gaps, and it's not really aligned. 3 voicemails to the project manager (since the day after when I opened the door when they told me it would be set) and no response."
