We had a few issues during the work which we expected in any contractor work, Cambria counter was not done correctly and had to be removed and replaced and reworked by that fabricator, but every issue was addressed immediately by Pasha and DIY Kitchens staff, fixed and done professionally. No surprise add on expenses, staff did several little extra things we did not expect. Exceeded our expectations, hear all sorts of horror stories, great staff, in office and on the job. "The plumber arrived within the promised window, and called earlier in the morning to let me know an approximate arrival time.  I had already obtained a replacement garbage disposal, and he quickly installed that.  The other problem was a clogged kitchen sink drain.  He used the access port (unscrewed a cap) and snake and quickly cleared the clog.  The service was good and prompt.
However, the price seems to me to be quite high for the services performed. Altogether the visit took 1 hour and 5 minutes.  The breakdown on the costs were:  $58 for the "dispatch fee" ( basic charge to come to the house); $244 for the replacement of the garbage disposal (note, I provided the new disposal); and $189 for the clog clearing.  I asked about the basis of the charges and was told that these were fixed fee services.
I had used an Angie's List "Deal" coupon ($100 for $200 in service), so the total cost to me was $391.  Even that seems quite high, certainly not a "deal".  However, it is difficult for me to know whether overall these are standard and competitive rates or not.  Overall, the basic services I needed were performed well, but I will not use this company again due to what seems to me to be excessive cost."

"All communications with the business owner Jose Sosa were through Angie's List and text message. Communications responsiveness was good. Jose discussed options with me every step of the way. Sosa is a small business, so his approach was not like a large contractor. I was somewhat uncomfortable with his approach early on, but I took a chance and am very happy I engaged Sosa for this work. Shout out to the tile installer Pedro, who did a fantastic job installing the tile. I worked with the designer recommended by Sosa. I was happy with their expertise and they had a very large inventory of tile and vanities from which to choose. I purchased the materials using Sosa's business discount. Sosa picked up the materials when necessary according to his work schedule. The bathroom was a standard single family house bathroom. We will very likely engage Sosa to remodel our master bathroom which is roughly three times the size of our standard bathroom."
