After receiving several referrals we reached out to Joe Phillips Fence and were very pleased with the entire experience. We're very particular about garden and they built exactly what we discussed. They are responsive to phone, email and text. We was very impressed with their punctuality. In fact, they were able to do the entire job a day ahead of time (after reaching out to us) to avoid several days of rain. If you are having a fence built or replaced, you should absolutely talk to Joe. Highly recommended!

Joe's and Bethany's team at Joe Phillips Fence Co did an outstanding job installing the fence in our backyard in Troy, VA. Every member of the crew (Mauricio, Julio, Luis, Gregory and Edgar) were very professional, great to work and hard working. The fence looks absolutely fabulous. Employees were very responsive, professional, and patient in showing me/talking through many different options. They were able to move the work up to an earlier date due to a cancellation, and the fence was put up very efficiently. It's been almost three years since they put the fence up for me and I'm still pleased with the look and quality.

So far so good! The Sales person, Bethany (daughter and bookeeper), was very knowledgeable and measured our yard. Materials have been ordered and we are slated for the fence to go in Mid April. We are very excited. We have enjoyed working with them so far.

They were prompt, they were very clean, they cleaned up after themselves and their estimate was true.

Mr. Phillips and one assistant arrived promptly on time. He told me that the rest of his crew were off working on another project. He and his assistant went to work laying the posts in the ground. There was a hitch at one point, because an old tree stump lay exactly on my property line. They did a good job of getting the post as far down as it would go (they were using their own brute strength, rather than any equipment, which I did find a bit unsettling). He even had to leave the project and go to ACE Hardware to purchase a new axe to better fight the stump. The work was done satisfactorily in about 4 hours. It is a good fence, but a little wobbly I feel, hence the B grades for quality and professionalism rather than a full A. But Mr. Phillips did promise to come back and work on the fence if the tree stump caused any problems in the future (it hasn't) and I would consider using his services again.

It was close to about 5,000 feet of fencing. He was prompt and easy to work with. I would recommend him.
