"Excellent job all around. The work was done in late March, 2019, but I waited to post this review until after a heavy rainstorm. The storm of July 8, 2019 (>4"/hr) would normally have caused water to seep up through the concrete floor. After the storm, there was not even a drop. The sump was dry. The job was messy: jackhammers and lots of dust. They left it clean. One cannot even see where they cut the lawn to get the pipe to the curb. My only critique is that the new concrete poured to replace the broken floor should have been completely leveled. From initial estimate to installation, excellent work."

"Terence came out today for my slow kitchen drain. We have had problems with it in the past and discussed the previous issues with him. He gave me my options from snaking the current setup to replacement of different sections. We went with replacement of larger segments of our older pipe and Terence included clean outs for easier access if we ever have problems further down the drain in area that we didn’t replace. "Our water heater stopped working overnight and we contacted Done Rite Services in the early morning to diagnose the issue. They immediately responded and said someone would be out to the house later that afternoon/evening. Edgardo called later in the day and asked if he could come out earlier. Upon arrival he took the proper COVID precautions and wore and mask and also ensured he covered his shoes to protect our floors. After diagnosing the problem and considering the age of the water heater and the overall installation not being up to code, we decided a replacement was needed. Edgardo thoroughly and patiently described the options for a replacement water heater and quickly checked if they were result in stock. After deciding on a model, he was able to schedule an installation in about 24 hours! During the replacement, Edgardo and Ethan were very thoughtful, respectful, and thorough, ensuring they took care to install the water heater correctly and to code.
