They tore off the roof completely to diagnose the damage from the previous roof and replaced the necessary plywood that was damaged. The crew was very kind and professional! They were very neat and through out the whole process and by the end of it all the clean up was immaculate! Mr. Clemons, the sales rep, was very helpful, thorough and kind! He helped me understand the cost of everything and made it make sense to replace the entire roof as well as my gutters! The project manager Angel Martinez, was super helpful throughout the project, he helped me understand any extra costs and also helped me save where it was possible. They were very good about texting/calling to let me know they were enroute for both the estimate appointment and for the day the work was completed. I hired them to power wash a composite deck, wood railing, slate patio and vinyl siding. They were very respectful of the property and moved and replaced the furniture, decorative fixtures as well as the gas grill and smoker, something not all companies will do.
