They tore off the roof completely to diagnose the damage from the previous roof and replaced the necessary plywood that was damaged. The crew was very kind and professional! They were very neat and through out the whole process and by the end of it all the clean up was immaculate! Mr. Clemons, the sales rep, was very helpful, thorough and kind! He helped me understand the cost of everything and made it make sense to replace the entire roof as well as my gutters! The project manager Angel Martinez, was super helpful throughout the project, he helped me understand any extra costs and also helped me save where it was possible. They were paid twice for the initial work because the contractor indicated that they did not receive the PayPal that was sent to them on 10/21/2025. Contractor requested that another payment be sent via Zelle with the understanding that the PayPal payment be returned or canceled. I have not heard from contractor regarding work or refund and I am still waiting on my returned funds via PayPal. "
