We found unsealed walls that attached to the garage, where carbon monoxide would come in and we found water damage that, was obvious when viewed on the surface. The property is a 5000 sq foot house, so maybe he was overwhelmed. It is my opinion that Adam is what's wrong with the home inspection industry and we would absolutely not work with him again. "ARS's customer service is subpar. I called 6 times in one day to report an issue with a thermostat and each time I requested a manger to call me back to confirm that this repair will be covered by a ten year warrantee when I purchased the HVAC system just over 2 years ago. No manager called me back . when ARS finally called, their employee tried yet again to upsell me on some nonsense I was NOT interested in or needed. ARS changed my Apt from 2 -6, to 6-9 without notifying me. My AC is still down. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I asked their tech to take a photo of my warrantee paperwork so that I would not end up arguing with them about coverage in the future. this is a horribly run business. I already reported ARS to the BBB. no chance they'll change their practices though. Their Techs are good, with lousy management. "
