We make sure our customers are happy and comfortable throughout the process and all of their concerns or questions will be answered right away.
"DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"

"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. Kati was forthright that it would be about a month before she could schedule coming to look at the current deck, 2-3 weeks before a proposal, and about 6 months before the work could be done. All of that was no problem with us and I'm so very glad that our timetables aligned. Kati really went to bat for us with a zoning/permit issue with Ffx County, got it resolved after many hours and communicated with us throughout. This was foreshadow of how well she communicated with us as we were on their schedule and as the work progressed. We have a great completely new deck (lumber with Trex deck boards and railing caps), built to code and solid foundation, great advice of design, and it was priced well- not much more than just "resurface" and "restore" bids from other contractors. One of the best contractor experiences I could have hoped for."
