John Boyd returned my initial call very quickly and came the next day to look at my roof. He gave me a very comprehensive assessment and presented me with different options. His staff came two days later to do the work, which John then inspected and showed me photos of the work. I would recommend him to friends.

From beginning to end Mr. Boyd was very professional and informative. I will definitely use this company again.

First, the level of professionalism and communication was amazing. I have never experienced this type of service. I was called prior to the work being completed and after the first day, I got another call just wanting to check in and let me know that the sealant needed to dry over the weekend and that they would be back on the following Monday to finish. I got a second call from someone else in the company confirming the same information and to let me know (again) that the crew was scheduled to be there on the following Monday. The only area where I had to provide a grade lower than an "A" was in price as the cost was a little pricey considering that the work was completed in less than two days with two guys.

John Boyd came promptly to give an estimate on damage to an old roof (made worse from all the rain this year). It was determined that one half of the roof needed to be replaced (the other half had been done a few years earlier). The delay in service was caused by the amount of rain we had this fall and the number of jobs ahead of mine. He kept me informed about what was going on and completed the job within the amount of time stated. No debris was left in the yard.

The job was done quickly with no inconvenience to us.

I would use them again. They were quite efficient and in addition to doing the roof, they cleaned my gutters at no charge. They took pictures before and after.

We used Boyd for our flat roof in 2006 and had a positive experience with him then. After comparing other contractors I decided to stick with Boyd at our new house because he was attentive, flexible, and on time. Just as before, he provided alternative solutions with cost ranges and we dialogued about the choices he presented. Other contractors did not provide alternatives.

Very impressed with the service and the price. We only needed the seems to be scraped and repainted, but all the roofing companies that we contacted said that they would have to do the whole roof. Mr. Boyd said the same, but his price was significantly lower then the other companies that we contacted. He surveyed the work, gave us a price and completed the work on time.
