"Excellent work quality and customer service! VisionQuest did an absolutely outstanding job constructing and installing two walls of bookshelf cabinets with a library ladder. Conrad Snow listened to what we requested and emailed sketches of the anticipated work and a competitive cost estimate within hours. He answered every question and provided options and solutions for corner construction and electrical outlets. Conrad Snow and his team are very customer service oriented, coordinating measurements and color samples every step of the way. He discussed molding and construction details with us, making adjustments as requested. VisionQuest worked 11-hour days to finish the cabinets over the weekend to be able to install them before the Thanksgiving weekend. The cabinets fit perfectly and look very professional with a durable, silky-smooth, non-stick finish and adjustable shelves. The ladder was custom-finished to coordinate with the hardwood floor. The entire process was very professional and we absolutely love our library. VisionQuest is located in Alexandria and our library installation was in Haymarket, which is an hour drive without traffic. We can whole-heartedly recommend VisionQuest for any built-in cabinetry solution. Thank you to Conrad Snow and his team for a job well done!"

"We’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe for many years, and he has truly worked his magic in almost every room of our home. He’s replaced our kitchen flooring, updated our cabinets, built custom pantries and closets, renovated our bathroom, and even expanded and remodeled our entire second floor. No matter the size of the project—big or small—Joe gives the same level of care and attention to detail. He takes the time to really listen to our needs, whether functional or aesthetic, and works with us to problem-solve so the end result is both practical and beautiful. Joe is forward-thinking, has a natural eye for design, and takes great pride in his craft. On top of his skills, he’s reliable, punctual, and an excellent communicator—whether it’s explaining pricing clearly or keeping us updated on timing and next steps. We can’t recommend him enough!"

"It was an absolute pleasure working with George and Tea and the final product was beautiful. The workmanship is outstanding and nothing was overlooked. The walls are quite uneven in my home and it took meticulous attention to detail to ensure a quality result. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. It is a work of art. The price may be a bit higher than what others may quote, but it is well worth it!!!!!"

"We had a good experience with GraniteWorks. We were budget-conscious and looking for good service/warranty. We ended up spending a little more than we thought, because the measure tech suggested a larger overhand than we planned and others quoted.
The selection of stone was good.
The price was standard.
The staff was very friendly and professional, both during the sales and the measure/install.
The warranty from Granite Works is not very good for time duration. (Counter Intelligence is better, but their customer service was not very good.)
GraniteWorks was responsive to phone and email.
The Installers did a great job and were very courteous. The install went according to plan and looks good.
The seams are not very visible unless you try looking for them. I had suggestions/preferences, spoke up, and they were addressed.
They followed up to make sure I was happy.
Overall, let these guys give you an estimate. They are good.

"They had a better price than other companies and better selection of cabinets. I was able to get wood cabinets for a better price than others.  The work took about 3 days to complete."

"I have invested in residential real estate for more than 30 years.  Renovating kitchens and bathrooms has been a regular part of the marketing process.  Since Stone Depot opened 6 years ago, I have relied on them to complete 15 or more such projects.  In each case, Nick Pappas, the owner and every member of his team, have consistently demonstrated a degree of professional concern, attention to detail, and quality control that always met or exceeded my demanding expectations.  And I have never experienced shoddy workmanship, cost overruns, or scheduling problems.  Indeed, when a project presented a special challenge such as an unusually small space or imperfectly constructed walls, Nick actually supervised the cabinet or counter installation.  I would strongly recommend Stone Depot to anyone planning such a project.  L. "The provider arrived on time.  I was only interested in a partial remodel -- that it, the addition of some cabinets to my kitchen.  He quickly drew up an estimate (which was quite a bit higher than a similar job done by Home Depot several years ago).  Frankly, I began to wonder why I had paid someone to give me an estimate.  Oh well.  Maybe if you're having a major reconstruction job it would be worth it."

"Working with Daniel and Erika was a real pleasure. They were professional, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our entire bathroom project effort. The planning phase was simple and pain-free and the construction team was professional, efficient and productive. The project started on time and progressed smoothly despite some delays in the delivery of production materials. Daniel and Erika were both very attentive and responsive to any questions and issues we had and they were all resolved rapidly. We are overjoyed with the results and would definitely call on them again for any other bathroom projects we may have. I will include some pictures of the beautiful shower and cabinets that we had installed as part of this project, if I can figure out how to. Please consider this wonderful team if you are thinking about renovating any of your bathrooms. You will not be disappointed."
