I lay/install tile backsplashes in kitchens and bathrooms and can do tile floors! I have for the most part a quick turnaround time and can almost always be able to come out and give a estimate the next day and I give the estimates for free!

"JUAN VASQUEZ the Owner of MGD Custom Painting, LLC is a FRAUD, LIAR, and THIEF. I contracted Juan to do some repairs at my residence in Aug 2023. He requested and received $2,500 as deposit before he was scheduled to begin work the following week. He never showed up. When I asked him why he said he had problems with his work vehicle. The next week he said he was out of town. The next week he was working on another project. Etc. Eventually when I asked for him to return my deposit until he is ready to do the work, he had another string of excuses of why he couldn’t pay or empty promises of when he said he would pay. Now, 5 months later he has yet to return my money and has done NO work. JUAN VASQUEZ is a smooth talker and polite, but a complete FRAUD that should not be trusted."
