He arrived at the scheduled time, reviewed the situation and told me what it would cost to fix the problem. I agreed to have him do the work which involved going under the house and cleaning out the drain lines. The problem was corrected before noon time. Noah had an excellent attitude and was very responsive in performing the work in a timely and professional manner.
