I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. Sadrack returned the following day for small touch ups (that I would not have noticed) and to apply caulk around the toilets in two bathrooms. Above and beyond - pride in workmanship. "I'm over the moon! MORE than pleased- my bath room looks new again. I did the job myself about 8 yrs. ago and over time it had mildewed, turned dark in places. The mold I tried to chisel and regrout the worse it looked! I thought they would have to start fron scratch! My technition, Nick, was on time,polite, friendly- carried everthing he needed down to spotless clean up. I could NOT believe the difference and finished in couple hours. The price was very reasonable,Nick was great-very knowledgeable- I'll ask for him again!"

"I can't rave enough about our experience! We scheduled a deep clean for our home. I received my quote within an hour of requesting it and was scheduled for the following week. The ladies showed up promptly and did a phenomenal job. I mean, phenomenal! Our house has NEVER been so sparkling clean. They were professional and very personable. "We are fixing up an older home with original 1962 hardwood floors that were not in good condition. Pachecos added unfinished wood floor to the kitchen then refinished all flooring to match.
