DO NOT HIRE THEM. John is not reliable and we will never refer anyone to this company again. Sad to say we went through Angi list for this company and will not do that again!!!!!

"It is unfortunate you wrote this review considering I told you and your husband very specifically that with you not wanting me to treat indoors, it was unlikely going to be fixed by just spraying outside. On both occasions you denied access indoors, so its no surprise they didnt go away. Scheduling conflicts happen and for that I do apologize. But to write such awful reviews because you didnt want me to do a complete service, on multiple occasions, is really unfair."

Not reliable, day and time set, John called after time he was supposed show to say he would not make it that day. Set time for next day he came and left in 10 minutes, saying if any problems call me in a week. Well after a week and still having ants, we called him and surprise, surprise he was a no show. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Especially seeing as I went through angie list. He tried to get us to buy a $40.00 month plan to get rid of the ants. ,

John takes care of my home and my parents. We had previous ant problems as well as mosquitoes and ticks . since John has began his treatments on our homes there has been no trace of any of the pests around. The wife and I started using Metcalfe pest control back in 2018; we've used a few other local companies in the past and seen no positive result. Due to the small marsh that runs across our backyard, mosquitos have always been a considerable nuisance. Throwing away money each year for treatment and seeing no results became very discouraging. Just when we were about to give up, a family friend recommended Metcalfe. John showed up the next day after I called and treated our yard for the first time. I haven't seen a mosquito since, and that was four seasons ago. I highly recommend these guys for all your pest control needs; they are true masters at their craft. John is resourceful, knowledgeable, and just an overall stand-up guy. A+++ company!

Great service. Iâ ve been using John over at Metcalfe for quite a few years now. Heâ s a class act guy who always goes the extra mile to accommodate. Theyâ re my go-to for any pest related issues, but Iâ m a frequent flyer to their yard spray service. Getting the yard sprayed for the summer in our area is a must. I always like to get ahead on bug season by getting the whole yard sprayed before they become an issue. John over at Metcalfe is your guy to keep the summers bug and pest free.
