Promptly got on Derek’s schedule for a consult and first visit. He was very thorough and gave me confidence that he would do the job right.

Derek provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was able to remove a birdâ s nest in my bathroom exhaust fan. Thoroughly cleaned the vent, removed 2 birds that were not able to get out. Came back the following day to replace the outside guard cover that was damaged. Derekâ s customer service went above and beyond when he cleaned out debris from the guard cover next to the one he was replacing and double checked the vent once again before leaving. He also patiently answered my many questions. Because of this A+ service, I will definitely recommend his services to others. Thank you!

I have a mouse issue that’s I’ve had with the competitors and they let it get out of control. So I’m hoping Vaco will fix the issue. Very nice guy, locally owned businesses. Unlike the competitors, he was here serving my home for 30 minutes. Getting every area. Definitely recommend Vaco.
