"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"Fernando evaluated a stone facade on my Colonial Beach, VA townhouse that had come loose due to poor builder construction. He matched the stone perfectly and repaired the original work to like new condition. He was responsive, timely, cost-competitive, and most importantly did grade A work. "I called in the middle of the storm to let them know we had two trees down. They were out the next day and began the work. I neglected to get a quote before they began the work - my bad. We still have a couple stumps that need removed but I know they’ll finish the work."

"It was good. There were certain things that weren't covered under the plan. I'm not sure if they cut the bushes down in the back around the fence. I had to pay extra for that. They should try get me to know the schedule so I know when they're coming and when they're not coming. Other than that, it takes time to get the workers together. I like Patrick and he's the owner. The thing in the firepit was included with the mulch but he said I had to pay for the materials."

"My wife and I built a house in 2019 and was undecided on if we wanted to hard surface our driveway so we decided to hold off. As we moved into spring/summer 2020 we decided to move forward with hard surfacing our driveway. After receiving 2 asphalt quotes I reached out to Chris with Extreme Design and he not only provided a competitive quote for asphalt he also provided a concrete quote. My wife and decided to go with concrete, and we are happy with that decision. Chris and his team showed up on time, had the proper equipment and seasoned man power and delivered an awesome driveway for us. If we ever need any other hard surfacing done we will be calling Chris and team!!!"
