"It was a complicated project that he did, we removed a wall and expanded our kitchen and it involved taking out everything. It was a massive redesign but you wouldn't get that when you look at the finish project. It was a technical challenge in the redesign but he made it look simple. And the result is so good that several people who have come to our house are taking pictures for consideration in redesign of their own place. I love to cook and this kitchen is the most efficient and effective kitchen I have ever cooked in."

"Mr Hudson always returned my call promptly, he showed up on time and his fees were very reasonable. He completed the work either early or right on time. I felt that he was very honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use his services again "
"Jake and his team were great. They installed as agreed and did so in a professional manner. The project took a couple of days but they held to their word and did everything well. Very customer focused and will work until you are happy. Highly recommend."
"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter. "
Garrett group were great. All the work was completed on time and for the price that was quoted. We didn't need to call them back for any issues after the work was done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any landscaping work you need.
In the United States, architects must be licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia before being allowed to practice or seek business. Licensing requirements vary state-to-state, but overall the architect must be educated, attain a certain level of experience, submit to and pass an examination, and register as an architect. Find out if your architect is licensed using Angi’s contractor licensing search tool.
Many drafters go on to continue their education and become architects. Drafting is a necessary skill for architects, so learning drafting is often the first step on a path toward becoming a licensed architect. Drafting can also be a career on its own, with plenty of drafters choosing to specialize and focus solely on drafting.
On average, the cost to hire an architect is between $2,200 and $10,500. Hourly rates for professional architects range from $45 to $250 per hour, depending on the architect’s experience level and location.
The cost for architect services vary depending on several factors, including:

Renaissance-style architecture predates Italianate architecture and serves as an inspiration for many elements of the Italianate style. Renaissance architecture adheres to the rules of classical architecture, while Italianate architecture adds elements that served to modernize the Renaissance style for the Victorian era and allow this style of home to be produced in a range of sizes to be attainable for various budgets.
