First, an actual Mackay family member answered the phone when I initially called.  He was great, and offered to visit my home for an estimate same-day.  Following that, his crew arrived at my home exactly on time for the estimate that day.
The actual work went perfectly as well.  Another member of the Mackay family attended the entire job and updated me during the day on his team's progress.  Further, he took many pictures of both the before/after aspects of the work and was more than willing to email/text them to me.  Also, each member of the crew was conscientious, and the overall job was high quality and completed by end-of-day, which is what was estimated.  Finally, the price I was quoted was the price I paid.  There were no surprises, adjustments, etc.

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"Summerland Gutters responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner. During a rain storm, we realized we had an additional concern. They came out again and provided a timely response with a revised estimate. Summerland Gutters on-site staff provided me with information about how and where the gutters were becoming clogged. The paint on the new fascia matched the older fascia boards. They also let me know that the fascia that had to be replaced was made of PVC. They let me know that the flashing and the siding boards were in good shape. I appreciate that they completed the job professionally but also provided me with information about the house that helps me understand what I do and don't need to address at this time."
