A competitor was out earlier and stared at the ceiling fan, listening to the poor bird scratching to get out and couldn’t do anything. Dustin had a can-do attitude and was the hero of the evening for all my children who stood right below his ladder as he caught the bird right out of the air! Then he released it out the front door and went to work sealing the point of entry. Price was fair and he came immediately. Thank you so so much!!!"

He removed the two birds in the dryer vent pipe, kept them alive and watched them fly away! He cleaned out the nesting material, put an animal-preventative cover on the outside vent and sprayed a mite-control compound in the vent piping. All in all, a great experience with a company we strongly recommend."

But he persevered and was able to make full repairs on that ductwork and also on two bathroom ceiling exhaust fans. Old bird nests had blocked the kitchen fan duct, so Mohamed had to coax out all that rubbish so the vent fan could discharge air properly. His ladder went up to the second story level on uneven ground. A gutsy guy!"
