I called this business because of an asian hornet investation in a hole in a tree by my driveway. A technician came out on Wed. Sept 3, assessed the problem and said he would spray the hole, then dust the hole and that should take care of it. A 30 day warranty came with that for as many times as they were needed to come back if the hornets did not leave. Price was 385.00. The technician was nice and professional. But said he would have to wait until the weather turned colder before the job could be done. ???? So he looked up the weather, said it was to turn cooler on Sun and Mon and would schedule to come out on Mon. Sept 8. between 7.30-8.00 am. Fine. At 8.15 am, received a call from the secretary and said the tech called in sick and they would have to reschedule. Told her No, I would just call someone else. she said wait a minute, I will talk to the owner, Kevin Moore. She came back on the phone and said the owner would come out. I said fine as long as he is here within 30 minutes. He came out, acted as tho he had an attitude, so I asked what he was going to do and he said and quot;kill them' I know that, but how? I wanted to see if he was going to tell me the same procedure as the technician had on the previous Wed. He said he would spray and that should take care of it. I told him no, he would do more than that, because that was not enough. Said well he could put some dust in there, I said fine I want that. He put a ladder up against the side of the tree (mind you, no bee suit, no protection of any kind) and started to spray the hole for a few seconds, immediately they came and and swarmed him. I told him that little bit of spray was not enough. He said and quot;well I don't want to get stungand quot; I said then wear a bee suit. He got mad and said and quot;well, I can just leave.and quot; (can you believe an owner of a business would say that? I honestly don't think he was capable of the job)) Told him fine, get off my property. Before he was out of the driveway, I called Pest Mgt. Jeff was here within 20 minutes, assessed the siuation (by this time the hornets were mad and flying everywhere around) said he could have a tech here by noon,warranty of 45 days, 250.00. Wrote him a check, Justin came out at noon, put on a bee suit (of course) used a pole with the can attached. The cavity of the hole was 20 ft above ground. used 2 cans of the spray, 1 can of the dust, and then sprayed again. He said it was the largest hornet hive he had ever seen. As of 5pm, very few hornets flying in and out and they should all be dead/gone in a couple days. Now thats professional service.

He's honest and ethical and he and his crew are very good inspectors!

The exterminator is punctual, friendly, and thorough. We have young children in the house and I am particularly sensitive to chemical smells, but none of us have ever experienced any discomfort or negative reactions at all. He is great with the kids and patiently explains what he's doing if they ask. If we ever see signs of insects between our quarterly visits, we call the company and they send out the exterminator quickly to take care of the problem. Last time this happened, we called when their office was closed on a Sunday, and they were able to schedule a visit for Tuesday. We have been using EcoPro for a couple years now and are very satisfied with their work. We live in a very wooded area where bugs are everywhere and now they are where they belong - outside!

They are very good. They usually do not do outside buildings but also did our barn. They were nice. They answered the phone when we call. They came out when they said they would, they were on time, the rates were reasonable and did what they said they would do. They gave us a really nice guarantee. They do the initial spray and then come our every three months but if you see a problem they will come back out. Both the sales guy and the bug guy were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They come quarterly to apply inside treatment as necessary and outside perimeter treatment to control ants that enter our house. On July 7 we also discovered a yellow jacket nest in the ground in the backyard. Had the nest been attached to the house, they would have included it. Because it was in the yard, there was a fee, but he did follow up the next week. Our normal fee is $85 per quarter.
They are always prompt and pleasant. If I have a problem between quarterly service calls, they usually come within a day of my phone call.
The treatment they use has a mild odor that seems to dissipate quickly. We have slight chemical allergies and this doesn't seem to affect us.
My husband has commented that we rarely see ants in the house anymore.

I appreciate that it is eco-friendly and that they don't use a bunch of things that are toxic to my family. I have a quarterly service, but if I need something in between then it is covered. They know what to look for when things come out; they know my house. It is very positive.
