Dustin had a can-do attitude and was the hero of the evening for all my children who stood right below his ladder as he caught the bird right out of the air! The service was fine and they resolved the problem but I ended up getting a larger job done after that. They took pictures of my chimneys and showed me the pictures. They were concerned about the deterioration in one of the chimneys that went to the furnace so they did the service."

"We had a leak at the bottom of the chimney and had them repair it.  They stated that the Big Deal didn't cover my repairs.  I advised that I had the Big Deal stating that the ad stated they would fix/repair my chimney top to bottom for the price I purchased the Big Deal for.  I went ahead, however, I was not impressed with their advertising method and don't find it very forthcoming.  As far as their service, I guess they did a good job, as I have not had any further issues with the leak.  I am grading the actual service by the men who came out did the repairs."
