"The company was incredibly responsive: a field representative came out the day of our request; and, the next day a very helpful and careful technician took care of the problem. He removed the two birds in the dryer vent pipe, kept them alive and watched them fly away! He cleaned out the nesting material, put an animal-preventative cover on the outside vent and sprayed a mite-control compound in the vent piping. All in all, a great experience with a company we strongly recommend."

"It went very well and technician is very profession; the technician is more of trying to sell their various service than what I purchased. Though I liked their service, wanted quarterly service which they do not provide; don't know why but that is more than sufficient for normal pest control."
