They were supposed to have done this the preceding Friday when I had the oil and filter changed along with all the other fluids in the vehicle. They also rotated and balanced all 4 tires. And they fixed the cruise control. Because the belt was not changed as per my repair list, Mike Miles, the owner did the job on the 19th charging me only for the part. He did not charge me for labor. I learned of him about 5-6 years ago vis word of mouth and have no complaints. The bottom line is I trust him.

We have had very good luck with them. He is my regular mechanic. I use him for all of my vehicles. I have never had any problems with them. They do great work. I've had problems with other mechanics. That's the only place I take my vehicle.

I went there to get an estimate on replacing some rusted and broken brake lines and they said I would have to bring it back in three days which was OK but I did not have all my brakes working right (dangerous). Then he said that if I did not get the work done right then it would cost me $30 dollars. So before my appointment I went to four other garages and got estimates and they did not charge me for anything. But the estimates were from $150 to $300 to do the work. I think it is not that hard to put the car up in the air and just look at what needs to be done and then repair what is needed to be done. I have been a mechanic for 45 years and I would have never charged just to eyeball under the car. (I have just had open heart surgery so I cannot do what I want to do) I am very unhappy about my experience with Campbell Automotive. I was told he has been in business for a long time so he must be doing something right but he did not do right by me. I finally found a garage that did it for $50 parts and labor and let me watch. (I am still a "mechanic") I will be sending all my friends to this guy to get any work done because he is fair and reasonable.
