"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

I felt so uncomfortable and threatened that I just wrote him a check. He then messaged me on messanger saying he was glad that he was able to fix my door and I just said thanks for fixing my door I am glad you could do it because I felt so threatened by him. I called him to let him know that the door was not fixed and maybe we could work it out for some of my money back and he screamed at me. I wasnt allowed to get a word in. He just kept screaming at me. I was trying to be gracious. I said you couldnt fix my door but you made a trip to my house so maybe we could work it out and he just kept screaming at me saying Dont you call this number again! I know customers like you!"
