Best water heater pros near Spout Spring, VA

"Our semi-annual PM program revealed our 20 year heating/cooling system had finally died.  We scheduled a follow-up visit with
Eric Glass of Wooldridge to confirm the technicians evaluation and discuss replacement options. Their price quote for an improved
system was reasonable and included discounts and installation two days later.

The three man crew arrived on time as scheduled and spent the full day replacing the items we had contracted for.  They worked efficiently and took time  to explain what they were doing as I stopped by to check on their progress during the day.  They were knowledgeable, courteous and  did an excellent job, including a very thorough clean-up and removal of the old system.  Before
departing, they provided all the manuals/installation documentation and answered our questions.  We were well satisfied with their
professionalism and can recommend them to others as well.

"We're tickled to death with it. Called and he made time to come on out here and had to take a panel off and the old heater out because it had busted. He actually cares about his work and what he's doing. He cleaned up and took the old water heater with him when he left. I never felt like the dollar sign was the only thing he's lookin' at."

"We pay yearly but we have this is included with our rental property. They are pretty good on most things. We had a hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job on that. They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here. It is all done on the internet.  I just like the idea that one time service charge is so much better than trying to hiring someone to come in. It is more about convenience. It pays for itself."
