They changed a water heater due to getting old and they installed a very small heater. Now I barely have hot water even to finish a quick shower. And left a water stain in the carpet due to not sucking it up from the carpet. They are ignoring me now because I am telling them that I have not enough water to finish my shower. And I work at the hospital. In general They ignore tenants if they don't want to fix anything properly. To any family. Do not rent from Hillcity Rental, save yourself a aggrevation. Find a landlord that listen to your issues and helps and work with you.

It is always excellent! They take care of little things without contacting me. The show the apartments personally and they are always willing to help and reasonable fee.
