Initially, everything went great. J.S. was the only company that responded to my request for a quote, and had someone out to identify the problem the same day, and someone out to do repairs the next day. The repairs were fairly extensive, but I felt like they did a good job for a fair price. However as I was having some different work done inside the house a couple of days later, we discovered another hole that needed to be fixed. It was missed the first time, but that part is understandable because it was hidden. I wanted to call them and have them come out and finish the job. I called multiple times, leaving messages, and also sent an email, and two weeks later still haven't ever heard back. I ended up having to call a different company to take care of the problem.

Good, covid has slowed work due to material gathering I’m sure but roof looks great and is straight. I would recommend and rehire. Beat competitors pricing by a good bit.

I would have given lower rating if I could. We contracted them to replace our leaking roof on May 11. At that time they told us it would be a couple of weeks before they could start. We gave them over $6000 deposit. We were given an install date of June 24.They never did show up and they never returned any calls. I did receive one email response from Amy on July 27 that she would get a definite date for us. Never heard any more. Today is September 30 and we still have no information. From reviews I have been able to find this seems to be a very common practice with them.. Its a shame that they have so little respect for their clients that pay their salary.
