Did a great job despite the issues I had with the HOA. Sean did an outstanding job. Got me my Covered Deck that I needed since it faces west. The deck looks great.

Shawn and his team did an amazing job replacing a 27 year old roof and correcting design flaws from the original build. He used leftover shingles and materials to redo the roof on my shed so that it would match. I highly recommend Shawn Cripps Construction for all your home maintenance needs!

Shawn is very professional and knowledgeable. He and his crew removed my old deck and replaced it with a new one constructed of Trex material. The deck looks amazing and I appreciate he does not sub contract out to other crews, but does the work with his crew. I highly recommend him and his company.

We were disappointed when Shawn found out that local govt regs would not allow us to repair and replace our deck with the one we had long hoped for. Shawn was sympathetic and designed a couple of options that would allow us to continue with a new deck that met with local govt regs. The next set of designs he provided us with allowed us to downsize our plans and finalize a contract. When Shawn and his crew began work we were told it would probably take a week. NO, THREE WORKING DAYS AFTER work was commenced the deck had its final inspection and we occupied the new deck. A couple of other comments. Shawn was not fazed as the usual hiccups showed a wort or two that nobody could forsee and he found a way to solve the problems quickly. Shawn and his workers obviously enjoy their work and take great pride in CRAFTSMANSHIP. We suggest you hire this very talented Craftsman for any and all future projects. Shawn Cripps did a great job for us! He felt like a friend as well as our general contractor. We've had experiences in the past with bad contractors who left the job incomplete and never returned so we were a little worried in the beginning but Shawn came back every day, rolled with the punches and completed our job. He was constantly in contact with us every step of the way. And now we have a beautiful wraparound porch thanks to Shawn. Do yourself a favor and use Shawn Cripps for your project.

Quality from start to finish on a 2 car garage extension.

Great Experience! Shawn and his team basically made over our kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, and two bedrooms. They made the headache of home remodeling a breeze! Easy to work with, as they listened to my input, and provided their own input based on their experience and our home is 1000% better off for it! Can not wait to hire them to do our bathrooms!!!

So far we are very happy with our dealings with Cripps. We have not begone the work as of yet so cannot comment further.

Great experience!! Family owned and operated business. Family friendly, clean, timely, polite, great customer service and was able to listen to my ideas while giving some of their own expert design ideas!! We refer them to anyone who asks. We will also call them for any other projects we have come available. It's great to give a family owned and operated company the business while having the great craftsmanship along with it!!

This contractor has been very good. He does what he says he will do when he says he will. He has also offered many good suggestions for modifications to our original ideas about the project. Some added to the cost, some did not, and some made the project cheaper. He responds quickly to phone and email messages and the crew leaves the site very neat at the end of the day.

Extremely impressed! Very professional, timely, honest and clean. Will definately use them again for other house projects.

Cripps construction company did a really a good job !

Cripps Construction did an incredible job. I am in a wheelchair, and they made all of the ADA handicap modifications that I needed. They did an incredible job finishing my basement. The accessible bathroom turned out excellent. In addition, they installed larger exterior windows and replaced my sliding glass door with a double French door. Shawn was on site almost every day working and over seeing the project from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

They were fabulous from start to finish. We had a front porch put on and it looks like it was built with the house. They went above and beyond ensuring that we had quality material and that the work looked very professional, which it does! I would definitely, and highly, recommend this company for future building work.
